Order #3849535: Can anything be done about a damaged-in-transit book?

My copy of Horror Adventures just arrived...gruesomely bent in its upper-spine section. It's difficult to open and read, and I worry it may deteriorate further with use to the point of falling apart. Is there anything you can do about this? I understand problems of shipping & handling isn't necessarily your department - then again, I blame Cosmo.

I'm sorry to hear you got a damaged book! I should be able to get a replacement sent out to you. If you are able will you send us a picture or two of the book that I can pass along (and to show Cosmo to appease him)?
