Rahadoum: The Godless Country

Is there a book on Rahadoum in the works? It's actually one of my favorite regions in the Inner Sea, and I'm a bit sad that it hasn't been further explored outside of a few side-bar entries and its section in the ISWG.

Sovereign Court

You get some good hints in Pathfinder Tales starring Salim.

Is that the one about the Rahadoumi man who was basically forced to work for a god?

Yup, namely Death's heretic and The Redemption Engine.

Heard about that one, seemed interesting.

Do wish they'd make an actual source book for the country. It has a lot of potential, especially since a lot of the gods/demons/otherworldly beings use it as neutral territory as their power is lessened due to lack of worshipers.

Where did you read about gods/demons/otherworldly being being weakened there due to lack of worshipers?

That makes no sense in that the gods power is not based on the number of worshippers in Golarion.

Ah, my bad. I misread the paragraph in ISWG about that. It's not that their power is lessened, it's that, due to a lack of agents in the area, celestials and fiends can use it as neutral territory for negotiations.

Rahadoum’s enduring atheistic nature has had another, invisible side effect. Outsider servitors of gods use Azir as a neutral ground. The gods certainly watch their dealings there, but without open followers on the ground, the gods lack agents to enact their agendas, leaving room for plain negotiations. Many unexplained supernatural effects that occur within the cities of Rahadoum are due to invisible conflicts between celestials and fiends.

I feel like this is something we probably won't see for awhile, as like Hermea I think Sutter and Jacobs have somewhat different interpretations of Rahadoum.

So, only if the Gods intervene will we get a sourcebook on Rahadoum.

Well HE did make a pact. As it's been noted, he's in the bed he made for himself.

If you go to Rahadoum, you will die.
