Enchanting a Harrow Deck?

Rules Questions

So, I'm currently playing a cartomancer witch, and I was wondering if my Harrow deck could be given weapon enchantments, like other masterwork weapons can.

"Harrow cards are treated as masterwork weapons when thrown using this feat. The card is not destroyed and gains the returning weapon special ability."

Pertaining to the deadly dealer feat.

You should probably read the Deadly Dealer feat.

Deadly Dealer wrote:
A spellcaster with this feat can enhance a deck of cards as though it were a ranged weapon with 54 pieces of ammunition. This enhancement functions only when used in tandem with this feat, and has no affect on any other way the cards might be used.

Yes you can, however if you look at some example decks such as the Deck of Slivering Fates you need both Craft Magic Arms and Armor plus Craft Wondrous Item to enchant it.

The Exchange

If this is for a home game you can just check with your GM on how they want to handle it.

A PFS ruling on this question appears in the campaign clarification document.

Being treated as something is not the same as actually being that something.

Outside of the Deadly Dealer feat, the cards are still not actually a weapon.

Grand Lodge

Go with what Hubaris mentioned. If this isn't for PFS then you should be fine. Work with your GM for price.
