When I have access to rogue talents I have a doubt,
Is it only limited to choose between talents this list?
Rogue Talents: The following rogue talents complement the Sczarni swindler archetype: canny observer, fast fingers, hard to fool, honeyed words, major magic, and minor magic.

Nope! You can choose from any and all rogue talents, these are listed simply as some suggestions.
