Subject basically asks the question. The Ring of Ki Mastery "reduces the number of ki points needed to use a ninja trick or ki ability by 1 (minimum 1 ki point)". Does this reduce ALL ki-related abilities, including the Serpent Fire Ki abilities of the Serpent-Fire Adept?
