So.. I may be thick, but I do not understand how two of the Wild Child powers work.
I am confused about how Hunter's Tricks work with Wild Tricks. They seem like you need to know a trick with wild trick to use Martial Flexibility on it, am I wrong?

You don't need to know the tricks to use martial flexibility. The difference is that you learn them permanently from the Wild Tricks ability, Martial Flexibility only lets you use them for 60 seconds (10 rounds)
