What methods exist for getting spells known from another class' spell list?
In particular, I'm playing a drug addled psychic that would really appreciate being able to poach the alleviate addiction spell (from Black Markets) from the alchemist, cleric, druid, paladin, ranger, shaman, or witch spell list.
I could probably get it with the Sahir-Afiyun feat, but I'm already crazy feat starved.

The easiest way to always have it would be to buy a page of spell knowledge then umd the item. No fuss no muss, but you will need to clear it with your GM, as I don't think it's 100% clear that it's legal.
You can't UMD a page of spell knowledge, 100% clear that it's not legal.
Emulate a Class Feature: Sometimes you need to use a class feature to activate a magic item. In this case, your effective level in the emulated class equals your Use Magic Device check result minus 20. This skill does not let you actually use the class feature of another class. It just lets you activate items as if you had that class feature.
As a Psychic you emulate the Sorcerer (or whatever) class to put the Page of Spell Knowledge spell on your Sorcerer spells known. You then try to cast it with your (nonexistent) Sorcerer spell slots. Result: nothing happens.
A more reasonable method would be to ask your GM to let you have a Psychic version of the Ring of Spell Knowledge. Pro: Psychic didn't exist at the time they published that item, so maybe they would have allowed it. Con: Oracles did exist at that time, and they deliberately didn't allow it for them.
