Hi Sara or other warehouse staff,

I received my shipping e-mail this morning, however it no longer shows on my bank's website the pending charge for my order. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up that my order shows complete but you haven't taken any money for it.

We were able to successfully charge the card when the order shipped out earlier today. It may be that it is still processing on the banks side. I do see a successful charge on the order though.
