I have been eye-balling the Beginner Box for some time and finally bit the bullet a few months ago. I'm completely blown away by all of the awesome in the box! I'm so impressed that I really want to run a "BB-only" campaign as soon as I can gather a few friends...
BB only but expanded campaigns are ALSO awesome. Basically, you use the rules of the BB, but expand it out to other classes and use the XP tables to expand the levels upwards.
If you look on the forum, there is someone who put a link in converting almost all the PF classes to BB.
In addition, the Strategy guide can help somewhat in doing a sort of mesh campaign of the BB and core if one wants.

I *think* there are about 4 free downloadable adventures right here on Paizo's website, for use with the BB rule set. I have copies at home and I think I got them here, but I'm not certain.
