So I was trying to take advantage of the current Paizo clearance sale but am having trouble getting the order to go through.
Part of it is my fault, my MC pre-paid debit card hadn't been activated so I did that. The moment I checked the balance it listed the difference between the order and the original $100 balance, so it is trying to get through, but has not completed the transfer.
Think it might have been a timing thing. I tried processing it again a few minutes later (and again after changing the name on the card to accurately reflect the order name (caps, middle name) and then again and again). And nothing.
I realize it might be something you folks sort out automatically upon arriving to work and getting to it in the queue but I'll be at work most of the day and just wanted to get it noted in case it was not.

Hello Great Green God,
Your card was initially declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually this happens when the billing address on the card does not match what the bank has on file. When you tried to submit the order the bank got pinged to make sure the card was valid. When this happens most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined that authorization cannot be finalized. If not finalized authorizations expire and the holds are released. How long that takes is entirely up to your bank and not something we can control.
The attempts after that were declined due to, "Insufficient funds." I suspect this is because the authorization tied those funds up. I have issued an authorization reversal request, which tells the bank we cannot finalize that authorization. They should be able to see it right away, but again, how long it takes to be released is up to them. Once it is released you will want to make sure the billing address attached to the card matches up with your bank before trying again.
