Order # 4016802 - split shipping?

It shows one of the class decks being shipped separately, but they have the same estimated ship times (late July to early August) and everything else is being sent in one package - if it's as-intended that's cool, but I'm thinking the class decks aren't that big, maybe it can all fit in the one and save me a few bucks?

I'm sure Paizo customer service will check things out for you, but see this similar situation from last year. That was a class deck and and adventure deck, which would be very similar to 2 class decks. In that case, the combined weight was just slightly too much for Standard Mail/Innovations as one package and shipping them in one box would have put them into USPS Priority Mail. So, shipping them separately saved some money ($0.23 in that case).

It does look like it's shipping restrictions that are causing the shipment to be split up. Because the shipment is over 1lb, it has to be over 50% Bound Printed Matter. Since the cards do not count as BPM, they have to be sent in separate boxes. I'm sorry for the confusion!

We do have some other shipping options available, but they are a bit more expensive. USPS Priority is the next available option, for $12.87 and then they go up in price from there. Just let me know if you'd like me to adjust the shipping on the order, and I'll go ahead and get that taken care of for you. If there are any other questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, please don't hesitate to ask.
