↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Due to some congestion at our local port and delays with the arrival of some of the August products, we are shifting the August dates. New dates are as follows:

Authorization (Order Spawning) Date: August 13th
Begin Shipping Estimate: August 17th
End Shipping Estimate: August 28th
Street Date for Paizo Products: September 2nd

Update: Map Pack: Forest Dangers is no longer part of the August subscription. It is now a September release.

I believe I have found all of the orders that had selected Gen Con pick up and missed picking up items and corrected them to ship now or with August subs. If you did not pick up your Gen Con 2015 items and do not have a pending order for them or have seen them ship, please let customer service know as soon as possible.

I just got my auth email, and the amount is lower than I expected. (What am I complaining about?!? 8^)

Looks like the AP issue is being charged at $15.99, which is more than the subscription 30% discount from the normal price of $24.99.

Is this intentional?

I think mine was $15.99 when I bought the subscription, too. In fact, now I have to go see if it actually paid out...

For PZO9097 and beyond Adventure Path volumes should be $17.49 for Adventure Path subscribers. We will be rolling this shortly and sending out an email regarding the price change on their order to those who managed to get spawned already.

Price corrected. Anyone who had $15.99 version generated should have gotten the following email:

In May, we announced a price increase on the Adventure Path volumes starting with the beginning of the Hell’s Rebel’s Adventure Path. The new MSRP of Pathfinder Adventure Path volumes is $24.99, which means with your 30% Pathfinder Adventure Path subscriber discount your Adventure Path volumes will be $17.49. Unfortunately, your order for August’s release of Pathfinder Adventure Path #97: "In Hell's Bright Shadow" was created at the incorrect price of $15.99. We have updated your order to reflect the correct pricing of $17.49, and we apologize for the confusion.

Our current estimate to begin shipping August new releases, including "In Hell’s Bright Shadow," is Monday, August 17th. If you need to make changes to your order or subscriptions based on this price change, please let us know as soon as possible and we would be happy to assist.

I received my authorization about 1 hour ago and the price on the AP is correct. In case that is useful info.


Just saw my order spawned, however, noticed that Wrath Adventure Deck 4 and the Paladin Class Deck are in separate packages. Is that intended?


My subscription order spawned but but only for Wrath Deck 4, the new class deck subscription did not get created. Are the class decks delayed?

My subscription order spawned, but it did not include a Boeing AV-8B Harrier II jump jet. (Just in case anybody was wondering.)

It's about 23¢ cheaper to send them separately for your address than to ship them together. A class deck and an adventure deck are just a bit too heavy to ship in the Standard Post/Mail Innovations. Combining them into one package puts them shipping USPS Priority.

Unfortunately the warehouse isn't able to pick out single orders to ship at a different priority level.

I will ask CS to cross their fingers and toes for you that it ships soon. Happy Birthday!

Since these are your first items after starting the subscription, they were created back when you started the subscription. Looks like your account is showing an email from 7/29/15. I've sent you another one since the price of the AP was fixed.

Okay got the confirmation email last week but just noticed when I go to the product image page I no longer get the (You orederd it last.....) bit you normally get.

Was this done for everyone? I was disappointed to see an email saying my adventure deck had been shipped, when I haven't even been charged for my class deck. When I click the link from the item outage that says "You ordered this on...", it says I ordered it on Thursday August 13, what's going on? It's especially odd because I know both boxes could easily fit in a medium, if not small, flat rate box. Heck, even the large would cost just over half the $9.09 shipping the email says I'll be charged between to the two.

Sorry to sound too annoyed, just trying to figure why my order was seemingly pushed back a month for no apparent reason.


So I'm having a wee brain freeze. I received a notification on Thursday that there was an issue with my credit card. It's since been fixed.

My question is (and this is the brain freeze part since this has happened before), should I still be getting the auth notification? Or is the shipment email the next email I'll get now that the credit card issue is fixed?


I know you said you had no control over the shipping method. But I got my shipping notice last night :)

In case it was someone on your end and not a coincidence thank you so much. You have no idea how much it means. As I will be spending my birthday alone in a foreign country and my spouse will have just have left for 4 months for field work. Even it arrives close to my birthday it will really cheer me up.

Your order is shipping via standard post. Due to the type of items and weight limits, its cheaper to send a class deck and adventure deck in two separate packages (for your order its just over a dollar cheaper than combining them and sending them in a priority box). While the line item for the class deck was placed on July 30th, the order that it's been combined with was created when I spawned the subscriptions for August on the 13th. You should be seeing that second package with the class deck shipping sometime betweeen now and the end of when we estimate to wrap up shipping subscriptions (September 2nd).

The payment failed email is the order spawn/auth email if we can't authorize the payment method. Once the payment method is fixed, the next email you get should be the "package just shipped" email, (unless CS was manually poking your order to get it to work, in which case we try to send another confirmation email).

The issue we had with the Pathfinder Advantage and the 10% summer code stacking have been resolved and should now work correctly. I'm going backwards to find the ones that were submitted and didn't have the discount stack, but I would recommend that if you have an order where this is the case, let us know via a new thread for your specific order or via email so that we do not miss getting the order total corrected.
