Titan Fighter and Double weapons

Can a Titan Fighter wield an oversized double weapon as an oversized two-handed weapon as per the double weapon rules? Not asking if I can wield the other aspects of a double weapon, as I think those are clear cut.

Mainly, I'm wondering if a medium Titan Fighter can wield a Large Quarterstaff. It's a Nethys thing.

All double weapons are two-handed weapons. If you can wield a large two-handed weapon, you can wield a large quarterstaff.

Not quite. The taiaha is an exotic one-handed double weapon.

Keep in mind, the weapon has to be used two handed, so using the oversized quarterstaff for TWF as a double weapon would not, in theory, be possible.

To say, it is being used as a two handed weapon exclusively instead of not being able to wield it at all.
