So I've just added this order to my side cart, yet noticed that while getting a 10% discount on products I do not yet have the extra %5 off as a Pathfinder Adventure Path Subscriber (since I should get %15 off).

Also would it be possible to get order # 3979520 put into my side cart so all of this ships as one bundle with the next upcoming subscription (which order spawns July 21st)?

Hello ShaneG,

The Pathfinder Advantage was not showing because of the billing issue with the pending order. Because it can't ship the order it treats the subscription like it is not currently active until the issue is resolved. I moved the item from order 3979520 into your sidecart and you should be able to see the discount on everything now.

Thanks for that.
New problem is that I've changed the payment method, but when deleting an old card it seemed to take everything away and now wont show any payment method. When I try to add a new payment it never shows up.

Hi Shane,

Thanks for letting us know! I've taken a look into your account and it seems like the information saved but the card was just not displaying correctly. I think I've worked it out now, but you should just double check your My Payments page to make sure everything looks correct. Just let me know if it's still giving you any trouble.

Looks good.
Only other concern is can the hold of funds be removed from my checking account (which is one of the payments I removed) on this end. I have a feeling I'll be told from my credit union that is what I'll have to do to get access to that money.

Hi Shane,

I've sent through a reversal request for the authorization from the 15th, and I believe it should have already expired on it's own at this point. Feel free to check with your bank just in case, but they should at least know that we do not intend to finalize that authorization.
