I'm going to be playing Tomb of the Iron Medusa with my PFS Cleric, and since I'm not familiar with all the cool gear, I'd like to ask you for help on what to spend my money on. The Cleric itself is purely a buff-based character, sitting comfortably in the back row. He's not going to do any damage soon, so weapon enhancements aren't really my thing.
About the character: He has the Bless Equipment feats, so I'm mainly putting Bane on other people's weapons. He has a stat spread of 14/14/19/8/24/14, with a maxed out Headband of Wisdom +6. He's a Cleric of Gozreh, with the Air (cloud) and Water (Oceans) domains, but I might retrain a domain. Was thinking of picking up Liberation through the Separatist archetype.
As for notable gear:
+2 mithral breastplate
+2 light wooden shield
Rod of Lesser Reach
Rod of Reach
Rod of Splendor
Belt of CON +4
Boots of Striding and Springing
Goz Mask
Headband of WIS +6
Cloak of Resistance +5
Sleeves of Many Garments
Snapleaf
Pearl of Power level 1
Some random scrolls, half a wand of Lesser Restoration, several wands of CLW, and the material components of a Resurrection.
I have nearly 45.000 to spend. I see I've used up my First Aid Gloves, so I'm going to buy a new set of that, but otherwise I have no idea what to spend it on. Perhaps more Pearls of Power and an Unfettered Shirt, but that's it. My skill checks are abysmal, with the 1 skill point per level, so I'm never going to meaningfully contribute to skill checks. AC is pretty abysmal at 23, but it's never going to be great, I think.
Thanks in advance!

This character just finished EotT as an offensive caster cleric. You can check out his gear.
How about an offensive metamagic rod? A medium Persistent rod is expensive, but Persistent Hallucinogenic Smoke can end encounters in one round. A Lesser version would still be great for things like Sound Burst, or Blindness on a wizard boss.
Bouncing is cheaper, but much more limited. There aren't a ton of single-target save-or-suck spells in the 4-6 range, but 3000 gp for a Lesser Bouncing Rod can make your low-level spells like Murderous Command and Blindness much more reliable for pocket change.
Spellguard Bracers are a favorite on my cleric. For those times you absolutely have to get off your Plane Shift or Breath of Life safely, or just end up in melee with nowhere to run.

Ohh, Spellguard Bracers sound good. The offensive rods slightly less, my party is already packing enough firepower, I wouldn't add to that in any meaningful way. Besides, it's not in character for the Cleric. Also, my spell DCs are pretty low, anyone at this level should be able to shake off a DC 18 Murderous Command.

Strand of prayer beads is always a good choice for a support cleric. Get an extra +1 on those greater magic weapons and magic vestments for the party.
Lesser rod of extend spell is cheap and lets you extend your magic vestment spells to last longer than 24 hours. That can enable you to cast them at the end of the day so that you still have the slots available for healing on your adventuring days. (For bonus points, leave the slots open and fill them with magic vestments at the end of non-adventuring days then when you know you're having an adventuring day, you can fill them with adventuring spells).
A regular rod of extend spell would let you do the same thing with hero's feast and greater magic weapon.
Rose prism ioun stone is a cheap point of AC
A luckstone is expensive but adds +1 to just about everything. If you just want the bonus to saves, you can get +1 (+2 if you have the fate's favored trait) to all your saves with a no-wishes luckblade and more importantly, you get one free re-roll per day. Save it for a failed save.
A +2 Int Ioun stone would enable you to get a max rank skill. If you haven't bothered with perception, it's a pretty cheap way to remedy that.

All great suggestions, thanks! My saves are pretty solid, but I could always stack more, and rerolls are great. The Ioun Stone sounds great, Perception isn't a class skill, but I do have high WIS, so I'll suddenly triple my Perception score.

Lesser Echoing Rod can be a superior choice to more pearls of power.
Consider ditching the shield and grabbing a Mirror of Guarding Reflections. Immediate action for a 50% miss chance plus a penalty to the next attack / saving throw.
Add a spell storing enchantment to your armor. Put a Bestow Curse in it; when someone attacks you, you can curse them for it.
The Pyxes of Redirected Focus lets you trade out a domain spell for the other domain spell as a standard action.
