Adowyn Pre-Gen Character Longbow +2 / +2

Hello All,
Can you help, I'm confused about the entry on Adowyn's Pathfinder Society Character sheet for her longbow. I'm aware of the x3 for critical hits but just can't work out the longbow +2/+2 or the "composite longbow +4 (1d8/×3)" Am I correct that it's just +4 to hit, If so why the +2/+2?

I can't see anything on her skills that give the second +2 and why then have "or composite longbow +4 (1d8/×3)"

Feats Point-Blank Shot, Rapid Shot

Is that for when she's using Rapid Shot?
At BAB 0, I would say she's getting +4 on her attack from Dex. Using Rapid Shot would be 2 attacks at -2 each.

The +2/+2 means that she can shoot twice at +2 (using rapid shot), or else choose to fire just once at +4.

This is commonly seen notation on an archer's stat block. And players should also note their own relevant bonuses in a similar way, in order to speed up combat.

Thanks for that, did not see anything about rapid shot in her STAT block, all make sense now.
