Pistolero / vivisectionist / urban barbarian advice

Advice

I have a pistolero in PFS and I plan to multiclass him after once I have dex to damage.

My current plan is to get some extra arms, mutagen and sneak attack damage from the vivisectionist, so I can dual weild and load my pistols and pump up my dex and damage.

Then take the rest of my levels in urban barbarian for some dex increasing rage.

My plan is to use two double barrel pistols and make my opening salvo all four barrels. I'd take a -8 penalty to hit, but it would be against touch AC.

If I had both mutagen and rage going at level 10 I could conservatively have a dex of 30, giving a +10 bonus, which once you include a +9 bab, point blank shot and the to hit penalty my opening salvo would have a +12 bonus to hit against touch AC. Depending on whether I get dex to damage on each shot, or for each pistol I'd be looking at damage of 4D8 + 44 if all shots hit, with and extra 2-4D6 if I spend the grit and/or have sneak attack damage.

Did I miss something?
Would this actually be viable?

Have you considered weapon master fighter instead of the barbarian? With duelist gloves it will net you +3 attack and damage and the two extra feats will be welcome since ranged combat can be a bit feat intensive.
It will also give you access to advanced weapon training that can net you either the burrowing shot feat or the item mastery feat for 2-3 dimension doors or targeted dispels per day... or even telekinesis if you feel like having the ability to blast up to 15 bullets into someone without even touching the trigger on your gun (with each one of them adding sneak attack and Dex bonus to its damage).

I'll have to look into that. I can't find the duelist gloves, where are they listed?

Nevermind found the gloves of dueling

If I take weapon master I'd have to get to third level and buy an item to get +3 to attack and damage, where as with the barbarian I get +2 to both with a single level, it seems like the better dip to me, since I'd have to be level 12 to get the fighter training, which I don't know if I'll ever get to in PFS

You're going to want to stick Iron Will in your feat list at some point, because you'll be multiclassing several classes that all have a weak will save.

Spending an entire combat under Confusion or Hold Person is absolute garbage for fun.

vivisectionist is not approved for pfs

Good to know,I didn't realize that I couldn't use that archetype. I wonder why it's not approved.

Are there any other good alchemist archetypes that trade out bombs for something useful for a pistolero?

Also, it's a standard action to fire both barrels of a double barreled pistol:

Double-barreled Muskets and other Double-Barreled Weapons: In the third printing of Ultimate Combat, double-barreled musket’s wording received an erratum to clarify, but not double-barreled pistol or shotgun, which have similar wording. Should they also use the double-barreled musket’s erratum?
Yes, all three should use the new wording from double-barreled musket.

So you can't fire both barrels of 2 double barreled pistols.

That wording seems to imply you can never use double barreled guns for iterative attacks then, since it's an action to fire a single barrel as well
