Let's see another ascendant demon lord who has become a god through the wonders of technology. Likewise, a lawful equivalent that is essentially a divine skynet would be interesting (Unity is too borg-like to really qualify as this).
Some more advanced inevitables would be a cool addition to this setting, as would some mechanical archons to round things out.
Perhaps you could take a page from Neil Gaiman and make certain technologies manifest as gods. People rely so heavily upon the advances of certain scientists or machines that those themselves become gods just because of how many people admire them (Think about the idea of a Paladin of Carl Sagan and tell me you wouldn't want to play that).
And of course, it would be funny and incredibly convenient to have a Hitchhiker's Guide-style cult of chroniclers who worship some sort of strange god of knowledge (which may or may not include recipes for Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters).

Frozen gods floating in space. There is a precedent here, I want to secure mining rights.
There could be a lot here, picture it, tri-d Stars bankrupting their patrons for Shelynite treatments. Asmodeum implants are just what the neophyte tyrant needs for his graduation present. We dont want to talk about the Rovagurium experiments, which we stipulate had no connection to the Reaver incidents.
The occasional expression of certain abilities by implantees is a fascinating study as well.
