Spell Store Armor question

OK, I have a question about spell store armor. Well a couple. But not the ones I see most on here when I search... lol!

1) Can a non-caster use spell store armor? And I mean the ability, not just the armor itself. For instance, can my Brawler have his armor enhanced for spell store and have others charge it for him? If so, does it just work, or is it a UMD check?

2) For a caster using Spell Store Armor, do the spells have to be from their list? I don't mean even thematic contradictions, but can my Warpriest of Sarenrae use Shocking Grasp or Frigid Touch?

3) Can it be recharged my a wand/scroll? Or does it have to be a "normal spell"?

Any help/advice would be awesome, thank you!:)

(1) Someone else can store the spell for you. The armor casts the spell, not you, so no UMD check is required.

(2) The caster has to be able to cast the spell, so they would generally need to have the spell on their list. There might be a few exceptions to that.

(3) The caster has to cast the spell. Activating items like wands doesn't count as casting. Scrolls... might count as casting. I've never run into that issue before.

Great, thanks! And are there restrictions on the types of armor? IE, if my Brawler has his rosewood armor enhanced to +1, then made Spell Store, that would be PFS legal?

Generally and broadly, yes combining enchantments with different types of armor is fine. Spell Store doesn't have any specific restrictions either. I'm not familiar with rosewood, though.

As long as 4.000 gp + the cost of masterwork rosewood armor is within your fame limit, you should be fine.

It's leather armor wrapped in living rose vines, with thorns and can be treated at spiked armor. I love it with my brawler/grappler. :)
