Dhampir and Polymorph effects

Simple question, if a Dhampir, or any creature with Negative Energy Affinity is subject to a polymorph effect, do they keep their Negative Energy Affinity?

Negative Energy Affinity is an (EX) ability dependent on race, so it would be suppressed by polymorph.

It's not listed as an (EX) ability in the PRD.

It is, if you look under Universal Monster Rules. They just didn't duplicate the (EX) under the dhampir racial entry.

This FAQ makes it pretty clear that it should be listed as (Ex).

Thanks guys, that clears things up, though it results in a little oddness with a Dhampir Druid or any other polymorph specialist.
