Reposition Bonuses

I have a question about the bonus types of a weapon enchantment. Specifically the to the leveraging enchantment. While very similar to the dueling enchantment from the society field guide, dueling specifies it's a "luck bonus equal to twice its enhancement bonus on the CMB check". I'm curious if Leveraging would stack with enchantment bonus like the reposition enchantment itself.

I'm making an attempt to create a fun repositioner villain for my PCs.

Also is it possible to reposition swarms. I didn't think so, but there doesn't appear to be a rule against it, even with fine and diminutive creature swarms.

You cannot really use any combat maneouvers against swarms as they are effectively single target effects. Repositioning a bat isn't going to affect the 399 others.
