Urgent change of address for my subscription (one pending due to leave soon)

Hello, and sorry to bother you so late in the month due to a pest infestation in my building i was asked by my landlord to move out more than a month in advance, in a few days actually and i can't access my "my subscriptions" page to change the address there, i get this message:

is it possible to change my address for my pending order and subscriptions to my old address in colombes, france? it should still be registered or at least stop the pending order from leaving until i can change it my self because it would be hard for me to go there retrive my parcel if it goes to the netherlands :/

Hello Kagenotora,

I went to suspend your order so it would not ship until the address could be changed, but it looks like the warehouse shipped it out first thing this morning, so I can no longer stop it. It is already in the post on its way to you.

I can get the address changed on your subscription for future orders though. I have removed the Netherlands address from your subscription. I see more than one address in France on your account though. Please send the new address to us at [e-mail] and we can get it changed for you.

Well with a bit of luck i'll still be able to catch it there if it left today as it usually take 2 weeks for a parcel to be delivered (gotta stay positive), thank you for trying through!
I just tested it and i can once again access my "my subscription" page (maybe because you deleted my soon to be old address in the Netherlands) so i was able to select my address.
