Started playing the game again through Tabletop Simulator where I run my own homebrewed version of the game with friends and used to play the physical game but my friends and I have moved onto other things...
The whole guild is rather interesting in itself and i'm interested in talking to someone who runs a game in the Bay Area in California or is near a Bart Station. (Or just people to play with in general!)
...as long as you don't run Monday nights. Mondays are my Board Game nights over at Black Diamond Games.

If you look at the region coordinators page, John and Wendy-Ann Francis are the closest VCs in your area. I'd get in contact with them to see if they have PFSACG games going. If not, they can probably refer you to someone that does.

Please let me know if you get any info on this. I live in Vallejo and still looking. I know BDG was setting up a PACG but they were just going to play the standard RotR box set at the time

Actually to me the closest is in Berkeley and I did contact them but apparently they don't really run the card game they run the normal tabletop game... which threw me off. Does that list combine both people that run the Tabletop and card game? Silicon Valley is a little out of my way and from BART's way too.

I go to Black Diamond every monday for Board Game Nights and they don't run the card game at all sadly even on their Pathfinder Days. They said that IF PACG was run it would be on Monday and no one runs it on Monday sadly.

Yeah, there's no card game VOs specifically anymore, we're all classified as just VOs. Since your region's coordinators don't have it, I'd say escalate to the VCs in the area and see what they can do for you.
If nothing else, you can start something up with NyteJKL since you're both interested and in the same area. One of you can be made a Venture Agent and you'll get access to the scenarios.

Take a look at Endgame in Oakland, not too far from the 12th Street BART station. I know they've had PACG tables in the past, and they have a really lively PFS scene and a great gaming space - it's my favorite place to play PFS in the Bay. If you strike out there, shoot me a PM, and I can get in touch with the guy who used to run (and might still run, I don't know) PACG at Endgame, he might have some ideas.
Hmm, re-reading your original post, it occurs to me that Endgame runs on Monday nights...still, might be worth talking to Kyle, their PACG guy.
