I've been working on a metamagic based mystic theurge of Nethys and was wondering how a few feats would interact. Mostly spell perfection
1. Spell perfection applies to the spell regardless of which class I cast it from. But what if the classes cast it at different levels? Do I use that classes spell level for considering what metamagic i can add?
2. Spell Perfection(Channel the Gift). Apply Echoing spell. Cast 2+ times consecutively. How would this work?
3. Does Spell Perfection double the Caster level bonus from Varisian tatoo and Spell Specialization?
4. Does Spell Perfection double the bonuses from Focused Spell?
5. Does total modified level include all the metamagic I apply to the spell?

1. Yes, you use the level of the class whose spell slots you're using to cast the spell. You could only use your sorcerer/wizard slots to cast a widened antimagic field, and you could only use your cleric/oracle slots to cast a quickened plane shift.
2. Echoing Spell doesn't help you if you just cast channel the gift twice in a row - it makes your next spell not consume a spell slot, and the "echo" of your spell already doesn't consume a spell slot, it's just a bonus spell granted to you by the metamagic. But you could cast echoing channel the gift, cast a free spell, then cast channel the gift again, then cast another free spell.
3. Yes, they're both feats that grant a set numerical bonus to some aspect of your spell.
3. Yes, it's a feat that grants a set numerical bonus to some aspect of your spell.
5. Yes, both the metamagic that actually increases the spell slot and the metamagic you're using for free with Spell Perfection. If you lower the metamagic cost with a trait like Magical Lineage or Wayang Spellhunter, though, that lowers the "total modified level" accordingly. Metamagic rods likewise do not affect it.

When using Spell Perfection, the metamagic caps at 9th-level spell regardless of your class. For example, a ranger could quicken a 4th-level spell, even though rangers don't traditionally have access to 8th-level spell slots.
