Relic Hunter Spells

Rules Questions

So I'm planning on playing a Relic Hunter Inquisitor in a Hell's Vengeance campaign and I am not quite sure how the spell selection works for this archetype. Bellow is the ability in question.

Spoiler:

A relic hunter casts divine spells drawn from the inquisitor spell list, but her chosen relic schools (see Relics below) limit her to schools she knows, similar in function to an occultist’s implements. Any spell or orison gained by the relic hunter has a relic component (see Relics below), and is not considered to be on the relic hunter’s spell list until she selects its school though the relics alternate class feature. Once she chooses a school, all spells and orisons of that school are considered to be on the relic hunter’s class spell list, allowing her to use spell trigger and spell completion magic items of those spells. A relic hunter’s spells per day, daily spell allotment, Difficulty Class, and minimum Wisdom score requirements remain unchanged from the inquisitor’s normal spellcasting class feature. This ability alters the inquisitor’s spellcasting.

So if I were to choose the Abjuration and Transmutation implements would I only have access to those two school (but have access to all spells within those school) or does the ability apply to bonus spells only (like how the occultist's additional spells work)?

Bump.

You only know the same number of spells that a normal inquisitor would, but you're spell list is now all the Abjuration and Transmutation spells. So you can use wands and scrolls of those types. But you're still limited on your spells known.

Danke schön, good to know. Ah well, we already have a necro and a medium in the party so I will not have to lament any real loss in spells (considering I have access to a lot of fun wizard transmutation spells now).

no you don't. Sorry, when I said, "all the Abjuration and Transmutation spells" I means, "all the Abjuration and Transmutation spells in the normal Inquisitor spell list."

Ah, now it is revealed. Damn. Still, not exactly looking to play this guy as a caster so not an absolutely huge setback. I was wondering about that wording, so good to clear everything up.
