what are some ideas for characters starting in Hell's Vengeance? For example, favorite enemies, languages, classes, skills and etc?

If you're playing a class with Favored Enemies, you'll get a lot of mileage out of the following categories:

Dragon
Fey
Humanoid (human)
Magical Beast
Outsider (good)

As far as Languages go, you'll probably want to pick up Infernal early on to speak with your potential fiendish allies.
