what are some ideas for characters starting in Hell's Vengeance? For example, favorite enemies, languages, classes, skills and etc?

If a character is averting their gaze to avoid a gaze attack, do all creatures that are in melee with a character have concealment or just the creature or creatures that you are avoiding the gaze of?

What bonuses stack together with each other, ie: morale with morale, competence with competence and luck with luck, etc?

When the hidden master ability states that the Ninja cannot be detected by any means, does it mean "literally" or can things like scent, tremor sense, line sight still perceive the Ninja?

If a person is using stealth and succesfully hiding (even with hide in plain sight), will detect majic still show the majical auras and items on the hidden character?

If a rogue is using offensive defense and hits multiple times in the same round, does the bonus to ac "armour class" stack with itself?

can a character use the feat combat expertise with the swashbucklers seint ability?

Will the ac bonus go to touch ac vs incorporeal creatures/attacks?

How does the swashbucklers tarry/re post ability work in conjunction with the duelist re post ability.
