So, I have been playing with something new to me and want SAD power house concepts

Advice

OK, so normally I design a thematic and potent PC. But, I have been playing with level dips for fun and profit as well as getting X to Y and I wanted a cool 1st to 20th build for a SAD potent character. I don't mind wacky and weird as long as it is effective and fun! So, WHAT YA GOT?!?!?!?

Nature Oracle; with the right items and feats, you can get Charisma to EVERYTHING.

You can cheese their Capstone by getting an effective infinite Charisma and Intelligence and Hit Points, by draining their Intelligence to 1 or 2, use their Capstone, cast Awaken with their new-found element-type, and then using Greater Restoration and/or Heal to bring their statistics back to their newly-adjusted normal statistics.

Otherwise, a typical God Wizard will work. Start out with as much Intelligence as possible, build nothing but Intelligence/Spellcasting items, have the highest Save DCs and Spell Penetration in the world, and eventually everything will be forced to bow before your narrative powers.

The Exchange

Barbarian.

Grand Lodge

I am currently playing Kingmaker, and I did something similar for my ruler character:

Human, oracle (Lore, Legalistic) 1, Mesmerist (Cult Master) X, VMC Bard.

My plan was to dominate the court by dominating information. To do so I wanted the following:
Diplomacy
Lots of knowledge (had you heard X?)
Intrigue-type spells
Loyal followers
Empowered party members

We just hit 8th Level, and I have my charisma about 11 places on the character sheet.
Noble Scion (War) - Cha to Initiative
Revelation (Sidestep Secret) - Cha to AC and Reflex Saves
Revelation (Focused Trance) - Bonus +20 to knowledge checks Cha/Day
Revelation (Lore Keeper) - Cha to knowledge checks
Towering Ego - Cha to Will Saves
Bardic Knowledge - Bonus 1/2 Level to knowledge checks
False Healing - 1d8 + Cha temp HP to whomever
Lots of Mesmerist Tricks are contingent upon Charisma
Mesmerist Casting

While this character is not the one dealing the damage, every round I can find use for swift, move, standard, and free actions to shift the battle in my favor. It's pretty fun!

Fanatical Stare, Hypnotic Stare, Bold Stare, and Bardic Music can buff/debuff lots of situations in our favor as well.
