What are the correct DC's for these monster's SLA?

Rules Questions

1. The Yitihian Elder from the Occult Bestiary has the following SLAs, a Charisma of 22, and Spell Focus applied to Abjuration, Divination, and Enchantment:

detect thoughts (DC 18)
hold monster (DC 21)
modify memory (DC 21)

The only one that doesn't seem right is Modify Memory, unless the Yithian's Spell Focus Feat applies, in which case, the DCs for Detect Thoughts and Hold Monster are wrong.

2. The Orvian Necromancer from Inner Sea Monster Codex (+3 Charisma Modifier, Greater Spell Focus & Spell Focus in Necromancy)
Death Knell (DC16)
Ray of Enfeeblement (DC16)

Neither of these is correct without applying the feats' effects to the spell-like abilities, but since the spells are different levels, they still wouldn't be correct.

3. The Serpentfolk Illusionist from the Monster Codex has various spell-like abilities; none of which apply his Spell Focus feats.

4. The brass dragons (young, adult, and ancient) have various spell-like abilities; all of which benefit from their Spell Focus feat.

So, how does the feat Spell Focus affect spell-like abilities?

Books from the core line are more likely to be correct than softcovers, because the Bestiary is subject to FAQs and updates, but books like Monster Codex are not (really).

So you would come down on the side that Spell Focus applies to Spell-like Abilities since the Brass Dragons from the initial Bestiary have weathered multiple errata and FAQs?

Yes, and additional monsters published since then have also had Spell Focus added to SLAs. In fact, I think there's a fey monster with no spellcasting, only SLAs, who has Spell Focus.

The Leanan Sidhe from Bestiary 4.

Spell Focus DOES affect SLA's. http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2kjnz&page=1?Summoner-Class-and-Augment-Sum moning#9

Yeah, but that oft cited post is over 6 years old now, and rulings on SLAs have gone pro and con since then.

I pointed to it just for it's explanation. The text of the SLA rules still state a few things (not including whether feats affect them) and then state that in all other ways, they are the same as spells. That means, that in regards to being affected by feats, they are they same as spells.

Metamagic feats do not affect SLA's but feats that affect spells do affect SLA. Augment Summoning is an example of that.

Unless another ruling is issued the previous ruling still stands. Rulings don't have expiration dates.
