So unless Wei Ji objects we'll change it to Abducted in Aether.
I'm already GMing it Friday morning so you all can be my Slot 0 guinea pigs!
Sweet! This will be fun.
I have
- Level 8 two-weapon Fighter/3 Poisoner Rogue who uses fighting fans.
- Level 8 Unchained Boar Style Monk (may be level 9, I forget)
- Level 10 Wizard/Paladin/Arcane Archer
- Level 10 Kitsune Musketmaster (imagine my best Atonio Banderas Accent)
- Level 8 Undine Watersinger Bard - Bobby Drake (Iceman) what if Marvel characters were born in Golarion
- Level 9 or 10 Crossbow Ranger - Vital Strike Build

- Level 10 Paladin with Gamin and Board.
- Level 9 Alchemist mad scientist
- Level 9 Owlbear with Druid companion.
- Level 9 Sorcerer that prefers others to do the dirty work for him.
- Level 9 Oracle with trapfinding and a few buffs for the party.
- Level 7 Fighter that stabs before he thinks.
The sorcerer or oracle are my preferred choices, being my ifrit twins.

No complaints from this side, it actually makes my play scheduling for GenCon a little bit easier, even.
Barring a last-minute module completion, I'm thinking Shardra unless someone else has a suggestion? I'm not holding out a *lot* of hope but we are kind of odd on the module, we have these *spurts* where we blow through two or three encounters in a day,and then two or three days where we're mostly... idle.
If that unanticipated event happens, I'd be bringing a L10 Slayer/Cleric, my -1.

I'm landing at 7:45. So I doubt I'd be available until 8:30.
No offense, that's pretty optimistic, though admittedly I haven't flown into SeaTac before, last time I was up that way I flew in through McChord back in the early '90's on a MAC jobber.
My baggage claim experiences are largely O'Hare, Midway, and Pittsburgh, and the worst is O'Hare, followed by Midway... have had to wait hours before.
How good/bad is it?

I am glad to see this tradition is still going strong!
I will be running a PFS game for 5 star gm qualification at 1pm on Thursday, but the table is already full up with a bunch of VC yahoos.
Okay it turns out there is one open seat at the game I am going to run on Thursday afternoon.
Scenario: #7-19 Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts (3-7)
Time: Thursday, 1:00 - 5:00 pm
Where: Meet up in the hotel lobby/bar area
GM: Russ Brown
1. Andy C.
2. Eric B.
3. Auke t.
4. Steven S.
5. Chris M.
6.
Let me know if you want the last seat.

The baggage claims at Sea/Tac aren't that bad. I think I've waited longer for the hotel shuttle than my gear. Andy's estimate of 45 minutes sounds about right.

Wasn't bad the last few years. Last year was pretty quick. Waited maybe 20 minutes at baggage claim, and then it's less than 5 minute ride to hotel.

I'm okay with starting a little late for Andy, but I know that might not work with Glen. 7-11s rarely take only 3.5/4 hours. And me and Andy also have that other table at 1.
I'll be ready to go as soon as I pull in.
So I expect we will have closer to 4.5/5 hours. Still tight, but pretty standard for a con.

No worries gents I am switching over to a 1pm game (hopefully). So it should all be good.

I'll pop it back over to 9am then and we can get started when everyone is there. :)
I don't have the scenario yet but I'm a (litle) bit concerned about the four-hour time frame considering that
A) it's a 7-11
B) I picked up a lot of my GMing style from John "we can finish in the parking lot if the store closes while we roleplay" Compton.
So if everyone can be there by 8:30 we'll just tap our feet and cross our arms and give Andy a dirty look when he rolls up.
By which I mean we can have everything else set up, in place, and ready to go.

Scenario: #7-19 Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts (3-7)
I slotted in Auke after he joined, but I don't see Chris M. on the warhorn, so I held his spot with my own signup.

Ha! You must be fitting in so well in Dallas :) So different here.

Ah okay, thanks for adding the game to warhorn Tom.

Auke let me know he's playing this locally and Chris is now signed up. I popped you off for now, but if you can play you're welcome to jump back on. Chris also doesn't have a high tier character and will play pregen Kyra, so let me know what else we need. I can either bring my archer after all, or swap to something else.

hehe... if it helps, you can email me the VC briefing and get that out of the way too

If anyone has any interest Black Waters 0-06 is available 7pm-11pm on the Warhorn Site.(Levels 1-5) Offering it because it is the first part to season 7-05 "School of Spirits" being offered during the Con.
If there is an interest I can also/instead run
Emerald Spire Super Dungeon Level 1 instead. This is a
evergreen/re-playable scenario for levels 1-2. This earns you a whole level.

Anyone by chance available to run a table of 7-12 during the daytime on Thursday? Hubby and I haven't managed to get it in and won't be able to unless it is a pick up game. We have a prior commitment at 6, but would love a daytime game.
Is your Friday afternoon open? I'm running it then. Was added to the schedule last night.
