I've had something arrive damaged for the first time, AP #105, what's the procedure please?

I'm sorry to hear you received a damaged book! I have set up a replacement for you that will be shipping out to you along with your May subscription order. In the meantime, if you are able please sent a picture of the damaged book to customer.service@paizo.com.
