Broken Minis

Hey!

Just bought 8 Pathfinder boosters and ended up with four broken ones spread out over three boxes. Two with arms broken off (one of which was missing part of the arm entirely -- not in the box), one with tusks broken off (only one of the two were in the box) and one a heroic commander with a missing head (not in box), which downgrades his heroic nature significantly. Three were from Legends of Golarion and one from Reign of Winter.

What's the process with damaged minis?

Minis are produced under license by Wizkids, They have a relacement progrm found here: http://wizkidsreplacementsystem.com/ (you need to create a wizkids account to access the request section) I have never tried it, but I'm told you pay for shipping to them... which has turned a lot of people off from using it


That's terrible. So, in short, never buying Pathfinder/Wizkids again.

I don't recall paying for shipping the last time I got a replacement. I'd look more deeply into the process before giving up. ^_^


Confirmed. I have to pay to send them in -- and shipping to the United States is pricey enough that it's not worth it.

So I won't be buying any more Wizkids/Pathfinder minis.

Cpt_kirstov is correct. The Pathfinder Battles miniatures are not one of our products, they are a licensed item made by Wizkids. Replacements for miniatures that were not purchased from us go through them.
