Stonesinger: Some dwarves' affinity for the earth grants them greater powers. Dwarves with this racial trait are treated as one level higher when casting spells with the earth descriptor or using granted powers of the Earth domain, the bloodline powers of the deep earth bloodline or earth elemental bloodline, and revelations of the oracle's stone mystery. This ability does not give them early access to level-based powers; it only affects the powers they could use without this ability. This racial trait replaces stonecunning.
by RAW this wouldnt boost a GeoKinetist. But should it since it boosts everything else that is earth based. even though they are Spell like abilites.

I would say that this would have a much larger effect on a kineticist's element than the listed options.
I mean.... bloodline powers are nice, but they are side dishes at best more of the time compared to 9 levels of spells. And revelations are closer in importance, but again- it isn't necessarily the class's main 'thing'. In both cases, there would be plenty of actions they would routninely use that would not be affected due to their spell casting.
With kineticist, EVERYTHING a kineticist does is tied to his element, and if you are a pure earth user (certainly not a bad choice), then practically everything you do could theoretically be affected by this trait. Cause kineticists only have two things: wild talents, and ways to deal with or encourage burn. So for every odd level, this means the power basically comes down to "+1 to ALL DCs".
So I can question the scope of its effect. Thematically, it should of course apply, but I do not think it is actually appropriate to apply as is. Maybe limit its scope to some specific infusions or utility talents.
