Missing card from Hook mountain adventure deck 3

loving the Rise of the Runelords card game. But my Adventure Deck 3 is missing the scenario card 'Into the Mountains'.

I have emailed customer service, but no acknowledgement as yet.

Please help, we want to start Adventure deck 4 soon!
