Spiritual Squire spell and Spiritual Guardian feat

What affect would the Spiritual Guardian feat (found in Advanced Class Guide, p.157) have when my shaman casts the Spiritual Squire spell (found in Armor Master's Handbook, p.23)?

it'd have a much easier roll when assisting other peoples' attacks. and ati'd get the +2 v being dispelled.
