Has the Light Armor and Magic traits but not the proficiency recharge power. Should it or do these lamellars follow a different template?

It does have a proficiency recharge power; it's just not the same ones that the Magic X Armors use.

Bone Lamellar and Horn Lamellar have a similar recharge power.

I meant the hand-reset recharge.
Yes, the check to recharge instead of bury powers look very handy.

I hope it's on purpose. Between magic armor and magic lamellar, you don't want one to be better (else no one will use the other anymore), you want them to work differently.
