Otherworldly Kimono question

Rules Questions

The Otherworldly Kimono allows the Maze ability, yadda yadda.

Say I pull something into it-something that isn't intelligent enough to think its way out, like a cow. But before the 10 minutes are up, I want it to come out, reasons unimportant. Can I force the creature out by myself? Or do I have to wait the full 10 minutes?

Maze (the spell it is based on) has no (D) on it, meaning it can't be dispelled by yourself as a Standard Action (though Items and their spell equivalents don't always follow the same rules).

That being said...
The final line of the Otherworldly Kimono says:

Quote:

The kimono’s increased bonuses return to normal when the victim is freed or released.

Emphasis mine.

I would say yes (for me), because it mentions earlier that one can "capture a single creature" and you can release them as per the last line. While it may be fluff, its useful fluff nonetheless.

Though by a strict reading it doesn't say you can release them with any action so you can't by RAW.

Those were some of my thoughts as well. I hadn't noticed the Dispel rule (or lack thereof), however. Nice catch.

Yeah as far as I'm concerned, the or released part does it for me. Thanks!
