Pretty sure I already know the answer to this one, but just want to be sure.
Can you put a spellbane on Wish and Miracle?
Does it bane any of the effects of the spell if, say, they are used to duplicate a lower-level spell?
Damn I wish they'd just retract that spell. They just never should have made Spellbane.
It's unclear what happens. If you use spellbane on wish/miracle then they obviously work within the confines of the spellbane area. But, if they are cast outside and used to replicate another spell we simply don't know what happens. It's wish replicating another spell. So is it wish, or is it the other spell?
I don't know.
Frankly, so few people make it to high enough level that it's rarely going to matter.
