Empower spell adds 50% damage or add 50% more dice? Here's the spell and effects and you tell me what empower would do to it. Level 5 sorcerer(crossblooded) with draconic(white dragon) and orc bloodline{+2 damage per die} snowball would be 5d6+10(from bloodlines) do I make it (5d6+10)+50%? Or is it 7d6+15?

Normally it would not matter because from a mathematical perspective they are the same. There is on case where it does make the difference and that is when you use maximize spell on a empowered spell. There was a ruling that only the base damage of the spell is maximized. So if you had a empowered maximized Fireball(an 8th level spell) you would do 80 points plus 5d6+10 points of damage. That would indicate that the correct way for the 5th level sorcerer would be to roll 7d6+15.

I imagine the same would apply for an intensified and empowered spell too. Well maybe an intensified / maximized spell.

MrCharisma is correct.
It's even in the official FAQ:
Empower Spell: If I use Empower Spell on a spell that has a die roll with a numerical bonus (such as cure moderate wounds), does the feat affect the numerical bonus?
Yes. For example, if you empower cure moderate wounds, the +50% from the feat applies to the 2d8 and to the level-based bonus.
