Snow is nice.
The weather at Con of the North on Friday last year was bitter cold. Loading and unloading that morning was pretty horrid. But usually February in Minnesota is pretty nice. We usually get our first warm up that time of year. Come out to Con of the North as well if you like!
Minnesota in September is lovely. It's usually some of the finest weather we get, and the trees turn colors... Minnesota in September can absolutely seduce you!

Alright, I threw some money at the screen to register. (That way at least you have my funds for a good cause.)
I will probably be flying in on Friday and out Sunday afternoon, since my lovely bride will have the car that weekend.
So: I just need to find some crash space before I can volunteer to TPK run some tables. Anyone willing to sub-let part of their room?

Actually you can register for games and see a list of events.
I'm on my phone or I'd link you. But check out Link
And the top event is Skal Con. We have links inside that to our registration app and Google spreadsheet for signing up to GM.

Hey everyone!
We are so close to the Skal Con! Thursty! Clinton Boomer! Food drive!
I am humbled by the number of truly awesome people who are making the trek to Minnesota to be a part of our growing little tradition. You all are great people and why I am proud to be a member of this community. Thank you
I look forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks!

Woo!
Everyone! Go here to pre-purchase as many raffle tickets as you want for Friday night's special tables!
We are raffling off a chance to play Hands of the Muted God, a retired season zero scenario, for credit GM'd by the author, Clinton Boomer!
But wait! There's more!
We are also raffling off the opportunity to play True Dragons of Absalom GM'd by the author, Thurston Hillman!
Each ticket costs just $5. You may purchase as many tickets as you like because they are good the whole weekend, not just for Friday night's tables.
I also want to remind everyone of our food drive, new this year. As Fall rolls around, Tubman's transitional housing will be packed full and can use all the help we can give them. Please bring as many non-perishable food items as you can for donation. Desired items would be things like canned fruits, vegetables, soup, and dry goods (pasta, rice, etc.). As always with food items, we can only accept unopened items in their original packaging.
I toured Tubman's transitional housing space last year and saw the need up close. It is real and everything we do makes a difference: every dollar donated, every can of soup, every box of mac and cheese. It all makes a child's life better. It makes a mother's life better. It gives the people there hope that life is getting better and will continue getting better.
Give. Please.
Thank you.

ONE WEEK REMAINS!
Scenarios delivered to accounts checked with care, with thoughts that Saint THUNDERLIPS! soon would be there.
There is a dome that needs shaving, with scruffy cheeks to match. The razors are sharpened to leave none but a scratch.
Three birthdays! One unfortunate anniversary! Skal Con promises to be an exciting adventure in fund raising.
I will see you all in a week!
