Blessing Questions!

1. When using a Blessing of the Gods card to perform another exploration, if the top card of the blessings deck is anything -but- a blessing of the gods, does that mean you can recharge it instead? The BotG card says to treat it as a copy of the top card of the deck, which says if this card -is- a copy of the one on top of the deck, you can recharge instead of discarding it.

2. Can you explore more than once if you have multiple BotG cards in your hand?

3. Can you use more than one BotG cards on a combat check. (Eg. You need a combat roll of 8, you roll a d4 and get a 3, spend a BotG to roll again and get a 3, can you spend a second BotG to add another d4 to your check?)

Short answers that someone will have references for later:

1. No.

2. Yup.

3. No, each player can only play one card of each type on a check. Another character can play a second blessing. Also, you have to play blessings (and other cards that affect the check) BEFORE you roll the dice.

If you need a combat roll of 8 and roll a d4, there is no chance you will ever get 8. :-)

Just joking, Eliandra is right, with very very few exceptions that are clearly written on the card (see Parrot in the S&S adventure), you get to play cards that add dice or bonuses BEFORE you roll.
