Nope.
Edit to expand on that: Mythic monsters generally have Mythic Rank, rather than Mythic Tier. The chart is for the benefits granted by having a mythic tier, which is tied to having a mythic path.
There are some 3PP supplements which have mythic paths for certain types of monsters, and I presume that those grant mythic tiers instead of mythic ranks. But in general, mythic rank doesn't grant a monster those abilities.

A creature can have either a mythic rank (from a mythic simple template or as a mythic creature) or tiers in a mythic path. Not both; they have separate and different effects.
As written, mythic simple templates don't give any abilities listed under the mythic subtype, either. They only gain what's detailed in the template.
As a house rule, you could give creatures with a mythic simple template a mythic feat without breaking anything (at least not any more than mythic does in the first place). It also lets creatures with the arcane or divine simple template actually use their Mythic Magic ability fully (by taking the Extra Mythic Power feat).

Okay, thanks though they DO get the feats and such.. just not the abilities/powers.
Specifically I was looking at vampire, which says that when you become a vampire you automatically lose your tiers and get an equal number of ranks in Mythic Vampire. At least as seems to be RAW, there is no choice which is why I needed to ask what all was "lost."
Also, as written they DO get mythic subtype...
Mythic Subtype: A mythic vampire gains the mythic subtype, with a rank equal to half the CR of the base vampire. A mythic vampire gains additional abilities depending on the base vampire’s CR instead of the mythic abilities it would get for having a rank. The mythic vampire gains all other benefits of having the mythic subtype: ability score bonuses, bonus hit points, mythic feats, mythic power, natural armor bonus, and spell resistance increase (if any).

Just to clarify that: mythic vampire is a template, but it is not one of the mythic simple templates, which explicitly do not grant the mythic subtype.
Mythic Simple Templates
The following simple templates can be used to turn any monster into a mythic creature. A creature given one of these templates counts as a mythic creature for the purposes of spells, abilities, and magic items even though it doesn't have the mythic subtype. Note that because it doesn't have the mythic subtype, it doesn't gain the many benefits of having the mythic subtype—the creature only gains the benefits described in the simple template

Oh okay yeah sorry. I am talking about full monsters here, specifically vampire. So, a vampire doesn't get the Immortal or other such things.

Mythic rules can get complex: For a mythic encounter with a vampire, you can have a "normal" vampire with mythic tiers, a vampire with a mythic simple template (agile, arcane, divine, invincible, or savage), or a vampire using the mythic vampire template. Which "path" to take depends on what role the vampire fills and what specific abilities you want the vampire to have.

Okay, thanks yeah. So then just to clarify though, if I go with the "Mythic Vampire" set abilities like blotting out the sun and such, then I don't get even the default "all tiers get this" stuff, like being immortal, initiative bonuses, etc... just the feats and attribute bonuses?
