The elven magic racial ability states:

"Elven Magic: Elves receive a +2 racial bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance.
In addition, elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Spellcraft skill checks made to identify the properties of
magic items."

Do these bonuses still apply to an Alchemist's extracts or bombs when confronting spell resistance?

And should elves have a bonus on baking cookies?

Any time an alchemist makes a caster level check to overcome spell resistance, the bonus applies. That's... exactly what the bonus says it does.

They can have that bonus. It's a Forlorn racial ability, though.

Bombs are not subject to spell resistance as they fall under supernatural abilities (SU). Alchemical extracts have a caster level so presumably things that grant such a bonus apply.
