Yes, actually. Allow me to introduce you to the headband of havoc. It only works for one rage power at a time, but it's still pretty incredible, and it comes with a built in method for entering rage as an immediate action.

Not QUITE the same thing, but there's also the Furious weapon enchant, +1 cost but +2 benefit when Raging also allowing to exceed normal limit on vanilla enhancement bonus. So how often do you boost weapon enhancement bonus? 4 levels? 3 levels? It's giving you that same effect that you would get X levels higher, for free (when Raging). That also works to overcome DR, of course.

Yeah, barbarians have never been low on items to improve their rage. Check this guide to improving your class with items for some more. I particularly enjoy items that allow for rage-cycling, such as a cord of stubborn resolve, a flawed scarlet and green cabochon ioun stone, or a bunch of the drug allnight.
But one of my favorite barbarian-specific magic items is often overlooked: the torc of enmity. Having large amounts of fun becoming a raging giant once per day with Abyssal Blood? With a 9500 gp magic item, you can do that every time you rage, just by performing a coup de grace on a small animal after each encounter. If you're an unchained barbarian with some of those awesome new rage powers that are infuriatingly limited to one use per day, the torc becomes infinitely better. It's like giving a paladin an item that lets them regain a use of smite on every critical - conserving your abilities can just stop being a thing.

Indeed, Furious weapon is easily one of the best properties in the game and a huge asset to Barbarians. It's more or less a free +1 to weapon enhancement to any character with reliable rage.
