This is why I am finding it confusing as the released mystic bolts are light weapons by the sounds.

Oops, sorry, I deleted my post, since I found the answer I was looking for with Mystic Bolt being a weapon attack now vs touch attack.

Well, I found An answer. I don't necessarily agree with the logic though, but for now I'm willing to roll with it.

And here's another one.

I'm willing to be it gets errata'd or FAQ'd shortly.

Current RAW is yes for strength and lethal grace. One of the devs said this wasn't intended. I'd wait for a FAQ/errata before depending on STR to boost damage.
