Given the recent FAQ on Greater Feint, let me see if I understand how it would work in combination with Two-Weapon Feint.
Two-Weapon Feint lets you use your primary main-hand attack to make a Feint maneuver as part of a Full-Attack action. Greater Feint makes an opponent flat-footed against everyone until the start of your next turn. So the opponent would be flat-footed to the rest of your Full-Attack attacks, correct?
The Improved Two-Weapon Feint feat accomplishes that, but only for your attacks, not everyone else.
My ninja currently has Two-Weapon Feint and Improved Two-Weapon Feint. So I could potentially retrain a feat into Improved Feint, then retrain Improved Two-Weapon Feint to Greater Feint. The target would still be flat-footed to all of my off-hand and the rest of my main-hand attacks, including any ki or haste attacks, and would also be flat-footed against everyone else in the party and any attacks of opportunity I take before my next turn. I would lose the use of whatever feat I retrained to Improved Feint.
Does that sound accurate?
In my specific case, I would either retrain Dodge and Improved Two-Weapon Feint, or I would retrain Improved Two-Weapon Feint to Improved Feint and take Greater Feint with my 12th level Master Trick: Feat (Currently planned to be Twist Away). Since I can throw gold at AC, I think I'd rather have Twist Away than Dodge.

A minor technicality. Feint removes an opponents dex to AC. It does not make them flat footed. For purposes of AC this is essentially the same thing, but flat footed characters cannot take AoO's. Characters who have lost dex to AC can.
Likewise, abilities that rely specifically on a target being flat footed do not function as a result of you feinting.

It's worth noting, that assuming you are wielding Two Weapons and have Two Weapon Fighting feat it's probably better for you (as a Ninja) to simply take Two Weapon Feint instead of Greater Feint.
Greater Feint is neat, and a cool way to "buff" the party...but if you're trying to gain sneak attack yourself it's rubbish. Why? Because you still need to feint as a move action. If you're spending a move action, then you're not full attacking. And if you're not full attacking and getting sneak attack...
Remember, Haste only grants you an extra attack when you full attack, same for the extra attack from ki. The action economy and resource economy are not in your favor here.
But yes, you're general understanding is correct.
What this really means, is that a good friend could help you out with Greater Feint to set up Sneak Attack for you.

bbangerter- You are correct. I should have said denied Dex.
Claxon - I'm still planning to use Two-Weapon Feint. I'm trying to make sure I can substitute Greater Feint for Improved Two-Weapon Feint. Greater Feint just says "When you use feint." It doesn't specify as a move action or when you use Inproved Feint. So by my reading, it shouldn't matter how I feint. Whether it's two-weapon feint, Improved Feint, feint as part of a flurry, or some Swashbuckler thing that makes a feint a swift action shouldn't matter. So, by swapping Dodge and Improved Two-Weapon Feint for Improved Feint (basically a feat tax for me) and Greater Feint, I'm hoping I can still do what I do most rounds and feint using two-weapon feint then finish a full attack against a denied dex opponent. Only now I'd be providing a debuff that the party can take advantage of as well, without changing my tactics any.

Thanks Mark! That gives me a lot of confidence in convincing my local GMs. I have a menacing fan for my off-hand weapon, and access to Combat Trick through Forgotten Trick. This is for PFS, though, so I may not have a flank partner with Outflank. We're trying to put together an Eyes of the Ten group, so it depends on who joins up for that.

Sorry, I misunderstood you earlier I think.
I thought you were getting rid of Two Weapon Feint and Improved Two Weapon Feint and picking up Improved Feint and Greater Feint.
But now I realize you're keeping Two Weapon Feint, and picking up both Improved Feint and Greater Feint.
So yes, that will effectively work like Improved Two Weapon Feint for you, but also deny the enemy dex to their attacks for your companions as well.
