Issue downloading Faithless & Forgotten III

Hi, folks!

Sorry to bring up another download issue -- I'm sure you all must be sick of those by now. I'm eagerly attempting to download the PDF for the new PFS scenario, Faithless and Forgotten Part III. I'll be running the game for a convention this weekend, so I would really like to read it ahead of time. However, it seems to be stuck somehow and isn't downloading for me.

When I click the download link, the page refreshes and scrolls to the link for the scenario. However, at that point nothing happens. It doesn't actually start to download, nor does it say "personalizing". It just does nothing.

I have tried with both Chrome and IE, on a Windows 8.1 computer. I did leave for about 15 minutes just to see if it was a temporary glitch. That caused my session to time out, but the download still didn't work.

FYI, I also tried downloading some other files from My Downloads. They are working normally. So it seems to be just this scenario that's the problem.

Also, I tried going to the scenario product page and clicking the link in the downloads tab at the bottom, and got the same result.

Chris posted in the product threads for the two that there's something wrong with the downloads for those 2 specific scenarios and that they can't be fixed tonight.

Just to add that this issue is affecting the download of 7-19 as well as 7-18. The download does update with the downloaded today but the download never happens. Hope this helps and thank you in advance for investigating this issue.

I had that same problem with three other PDFs. One was recently added and purchased, and the other two were recently updated. In my case, all of them were third party products. The one thing that they all have in common is that their "Date Download Last Updated" is either yesterday or today. Two products for which that date was last week downloaded fine.

Here with the same issue. Glad to hear it's a known issue, sorry to hear it's not quite trivial to fix! Guess we'll all be checking in tomorrow to see how things are going.

I bumped into this as well. Hopefully it'll get sorted out soon, I'm also scheduled to run III come Sunday.

Our Tech Team has put in a temporary fix so folks can now download the new scenarios, but are still working to isolate the root cause and get it corrected. Sorry for the inconvenience there folks!
