Now that Ultimate Intrigue is officially released, I can ask a few questions about my favorite new feat: Legendary Influence.

Legendary Influence

Each legend grants you more of its power in return for greater influence.
Prerequisite: Lesser spirit powerOA class feature.
Benefit: Immediately select one feat (other than an item creation feat) for each spirit you can channel. Whenever you perform a seance to channel a spirit, you can allow the spirit to gain 1 point of influence over you to gain access to that spirit’s Legendary Influence feat for as long as you channel that spirit. You can use this bonus feat as a prerequisite for any feats granted by a spirit power (such as the champion’s legendary champion ability), but not for any other feats.

Mark already clarified that you can't give up multiple influence to gain the feat multiple times because it doesn't say you can do it more than once.

There are still a few questions:
If the spirit feat involves a choice, do you make that choice when you take Legendary Influence, or each day when you "pay" influence for the feat?
Switching Weapon Specialization or Spell Focus would really fit the Medium flexibility theme, but it's not clear if it works.

Can you take the same feat for different spirits, or take a feat you've already selected as a spirit feat as a regular feat?
Taking Spirit Focus(Current Spirit) seems like a common use here, but it's not clear if you count as having all of the feats for not being able to take the same feat multiple times.

But note that there is a feat called Improved Legendary Influence that you can take at 9th level or later to get access to another set of feats.

You choose the associated feats when you pick this feat, so the issue is when you make the choices. For feats like Weapon Focus or Spell Focus, you make the decisions when you choose the feat, so those choices are locked in right away. On the other hand, a feat like Barroom Brawler lets you pick an option when you use the feat, so that choice remains open.

Those are good questions. My answers that follow are just my wild guesses.

A standard Medium can only channel one spirit at a time, so he should be able to make all of his feat choices by spirit independently.

As for taking one of your spirit feats as a regular feat, by RAW I think that involves retraining. Note that changing out your spirit feats should be particularly easy since you are basically retraining the Legendary Influence feat no matter how many or how few options you change.
