So I'm making an NPC with a dueling sword, and want it to be +1. I've looked in this thread for some answers but can't see what the cost would be. Is +1 duelling sword 2320 gold or 2020 gold to buy?

It's +2000 gp to whatever masterwork price of the sword is. I'm not sure what the original price is of a dueling sword, but it's definitely gonna be a minimum of 2300 gp + sword cost for a +1 sword.
That thread's not a great source as it's wondering if a weapon needs to be masterworked first or not before enhancement. A weapon does need to be masterwork.
