Unsuspending subscriptions

Greetings,

I sent a mail about this on March 16, but have yet to receive an answer. This may just be down to you guys being busy, but I'm a bit paranoid when it comes to mails being lost in cyberspace, so I'll post my question here as well.

I recently had Paizo customer service suspend my subscriptions, the idea being that they'll be unsuspended in time for the April shipment.

My question is, how soon can I unsuspend and still have the March subscription items shipped along with the April shipment?

Hello Heine,

You can unsuspend your subscriptions at any time. When you do any of the items that came out while the subscriptions were suspended will generate to your sidecart to ship out with your next subscription order (in this case April).

I apologize for the delay in responding to your email, we are a receiving a large volume of emails, but we're working hard to get them all caught up.

No no, there's nothing to apologize for. I suspected that you guys are busy. I'm just being paranoid about losing mails to cyberspace. :)

I did notice that my Player Companion subscription has been reactivated as well. That was actually cancelled on Feb 17, leaving me with my Adventure Path and Campaign Setting subscriptions.

Any chance you can re-cancel the Player Companion subscription so that only my Adventure Path and Campaign Setting subscriptions are active?

Hi Heine Stick,

I have re-cancelled the Player Companion subscription. You should just have the Adventure Path and Campaign Setting subscriptions now.

(You may get an email about the Campaign Setting sub being cancelled. You can disregard that. I failed my perception check earlier and have fixed that.)

I just checked, and everything seems to be in order. My My Subscriptions page lists Adventure Path and Campaign Setting as active.
